One of the many reasons I love 1800 contacts is because they are reliable. Between quick shipping and great customer service, they never disappoint. Offering real customer service 24/7 - no bots - doesn’t come by often, which makes me appreciate them even more!

Too bad there aren’t 6 stars! I am so impressed with the customer service, the prices, that they refund opened and unopened boxes of your Rx changes, the option to order on line or call and speak to a person. I’ve done both and the representatives are so efficient friendly and helpful. I was a long time customer with Just Lenses, which was also a nice company but pales in comparison.

They are sooooo much more expensive than other places. The same two boxes of contacts that I got from walgreens.com for 128.00 is 172.00 on 1800 contacts. Tell me that isn't RIDICULOUS. I wouldn't purchase from here again because of the price gouging.

Their service reps are based in the US and pick up very promptly. No automated robot to pass you along a bunch of menu options. They place you directly to a rep

My experience with 1 800 contacts has been nothing but positive and exceptional!! First of all, their representatives are very attentive and knowledgeable of my needs. Secondly, they will not refill anything without a prescription, which is very good!!! You can also take their online exam which I plan on trying. It's $20.00! Don't pay any attention to negative reviews. I have been dealing with 1 800 contacts for many, many years and they're extremely efficient and friendly! Thank you 1-800-Contacts!

DO NOT BUY CONTACTS IF YOU NEED THEM QUICKLY. PAID FOR 1 day shipping and that turned into 4 days.

Hi Makayla, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear about the trouble you had with our shipping options. We absolutely stive to deliver contacts as fast as quickly. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any additional information from you about your account or order and therefore are unable to speak to the specifics of your situation. In most instances we can guarantee next business day shipping if an order is placed during a business day and we have a copy of your prescription on file. If an order is placed over the weekend or late on a Friday night, then it wouldn't be able to ship until Monday as that is the next business day. You may have also experienced delays due to the verification process which can take up to 24 hours. With that in mind though, we'd be happy to help find a solution and get you a refund for that shipping charge. Please contact us anytime at 1-800-266-8228 or online at www.1800contacts.com/contact-us. We hav live agents available 24/7 to help!

Took 5 weeks to get my contacts and my mail in rebate was not honored. I had only 10 days considering to mail in my by-mail rebate before it expired. When it was late they said they would not honor it.

Don’t order here unless you want f…ed up orders. I tried to order a new box while deployed recently and they never sent my box or updated my address for the time being. They made sure to take my money though.

Hi Jack, Thank you so much for leaving us a review. We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further information from you about this order and therefore cannot speak directly to what went wrong. In any case, your address should have been confirmed with you at the time of your order and then again in your order confirmation email. This is an unusual step for us to miss and I do apologize that it was not caught earlier. With that in mind, we do guarantee every order of contacts we sell to make sure you receive your lenses. If any orders are lost or sent to the wrong address we will always replace them at no additional cost. We have live agents available at 1-800-266-8228 or online at www.1800contacts.com/contact-us that can help you get started on this process.
