Contacted support regarding mismatched branding on boxes. Mentioned my disappointment that they continue to raise cost about 10% per box year-over-year while offering the same boxes to new customers for $140 cheaper. Asked them if they would be willing to work with me on a credit. They declined but said they are willing to price match. First result showed deal for $43/box (they were changing $196/box). At that point they tried to price match at $111/box (because they won't actually price match new customer deals). Either way, they obviously don't care about customer loyalty and overcharge by 500%. They literally could have prevented loosing a lifetime customer had they offered a minimal credit. I have zero respect for this company. Complete and utter scam.

They advertise a mail-in rebate. Send the form and they will send you the rebate as a Visa card. They never sent me my Visa card. I followed up with customer service and they said they never received my rebate form. I will go back to ordering from target they offer the rebate instantly.

I've used 1 800 contacts for a long time and have been generally happy with them. I tried to do one of their rebates though, and never received the check. I contacted customer service multiple times and they didn't help at all.

The most incompetent people. They sent me the wrong prescription and then wouldn’t send me my right prescription. Now I am without contacts even though they said they would overnight ship me contacts. I have literally been dealing with this for 11 days.

The worst. Paid for expedited shipping, over a week later still no tracking number. Customer service rep was in a mud hut in some 3rd world country and barely spoke English. Offered to ship a replacement box with overnight shipping. Today is Tuesday. She said it will be there next Monday. Incompetent and untrustworthy. Literally all you have to do is box and ship contacts in a timely manner. How hard is that?

It's my fault for not deleting my account sooner but it's now the 4th time I've order my $116/box contacts (increased by $10 within the past couple months) and not received them. I am on day 5 of what they assume might by next Tuesday when I get them?? (they don't know). I'm having to wear the same pair of disposables which is painful. SO, I've deleted my account and it feels like a weight lifted.

I have ordered several times from 1-800 Contacts. They shipped so fast and if I don’t have my prescription, they called the eye doctor to verify and then still get it out so quickly. 10/10 Recommend.

Don't waste your time with this company! They will charge you and then tell you you owe more and then they won't even send anything! They don't even bother to call either. Terrible customer service! Buyer beware
