Edwin is a rock star! He installed the battery in record time, and was most professional.

Being stranded for 4 days we were happy to see our technician Kyle come to our rescue. Arrived within 4 hours. Was very polite. Installed the truck's battery with no problem. The truck started up right away, yay! 1800Battery was worth the money. Thanks guys! : )

I have used 1-800-Battery a few times and I appreciate their help so much! This time, Ray G. came and helped us when my daughter's car left her stranded after we ate at a local restaurant. Luckily, I was with her and she was able to come with me to wait until someone could come help us. The wait time (from 8 pm until the following afternoon at about 3:30) is the only negative. Ray was so friendly and helpful! He even called a friend/mechanic to ask a question bc the starter also had to be replaced so I had to have it towed! :$

James put in a new battery in my Toyota CHR and it's working great. He was pleasant and very nice. We would use your service again and tell our friends and family members . Thanks very much

Issac was great! Everything went smoothly. I liked that I could follow the technician on my phone while he was on his way.

Placed an order for a new battery on Sunday. It was installed on Monday morning. The installer was great. He identified another mechanical issue and was able to take care of this as well. Very satisfied!!

The technician came on a Sunday and replaced my battery in the rain quickly. Kyle was great

Very convenient to have a tech come to the house to install. Pricing of the battery was competitive. I wish the installer was a bit more pleasant to deal with.
