I called in the morning and my battery was installed by 3pm. My tech Kevin was very pleasant. He tested the battery to make sure it needed to be replaced. It did. He replaced it in no time. Thanks

Upon arrival, the technician did his job quickly and efficiently. The only downside: I had to wait for him for about 4 hours instead of the stated two.

This place was awful. They billed me because they screwed up my appointment time. I booked it when I was available, they sent an email after I paid saying they couldn’t make appointment time. So I had to obviously cancel. They then billed me afterwards. They won’t contact me back. This place is criminal. Update. No money refunded. They’re couldn’t care less about their customers.

I was lied to multiple times and overcharged. I was told by your employee that there was only one battery that would work for my car and that if I did not get this battery and have professional installation due to having to hook up to computer to let my car know the battery was about to be replaced it would mess up my computer in the car and be very expensive to fix. None of that was true there are multiple batteries that are can be used and there was no computer reset needed and he bought the battery at auto zone and it took maybe 10 min to switch out. But that is not the only thing I was lied to several times about when the battery would be installed it started out as 1 to 3 hours but did not actually happen until the next day and was hours later than I was told and the reason the installer was late was because he went to wrong warehouse due to it being Sunday and had to go to another of your warehouses and he bought it at auto zone I am going to report y’all to BBB and warn everyone I can about your shady lying company on the internet if I do not get all or part of my money back order #75195 sincerely very mad unsatisfied customer
