The tech arrived early, he called to say he would be early if it fit my plans. before he removed the battery he hooked up his charger so power would stay on the car and i wouldn't have to reset all the electronics - very thoughtful. He also let me use his error indicator when I thought I had another problem - again very thoughtful

I scheduled to have a new battery installed on my BMW . The mechanic sent a text to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and provided friendly and professional service.

The cost was the best for the amount of labor involved. I was grateful they were able to come to me. I live slightly outside of the area they cover, but they accepted the job anyways. Definitely would use them again.

Scheduled a same day service, got verification sent via email. 10 minutes later I get a notification that the delivery isn’t available until Monday morning. Not sure why it was open for scheduling but it your warehouse isn’t open on Sunday the same day delivery option needs to be shut off or whatever.

I had a great experience with 1800battery. After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant at first but decided to give it a shot as it was a Sunday and I needed a battery quickly before the work week began. They delivered on everything their site claims. Once I submitted my order, the battery was delivered and installed by a lovely woman, Belle, within 2.5 hrs. She was quick, professional, and friendly, and took the old battery with her to be properly disposed. Would highly recommend. 👍🏼

This the third time I used this company. The Tech Jon Marra did an excellent job, he also showed up right after Hurricane Milton.
