Even thru it took a couple of days to find a tech to come to my home. Once someone was located to install the battery they came as promised. The gentleman was very nice, professional and efficient. We loved the fact my car could sit at our home and not need to be hot shot to get someone to install a new battery. If(when) the battery goes up in my other vehicle we will definitely get our battery the same way.

I received a message that my battery was on the way and I contacted the person who was bringing it to my location. I let him know I could meet him at the parking lot gate in a few minutes. I let him inside the parking lot and took him to my vehicle. He went right to work and had my battery installed in just a short amount of time. I was very pleased with the service.

Bought a battery from this company a couple weeks. Started having problems a few days after. Took it to O Reilly and Autozone to have the alternator and battery tested. Both said the battery was bad. I then called this company so they could replace the battery. They charge you $125 anytime they have to send someone. Well since they have no physical stores, that is a charge everytime. They don’t tell you that when buying from them. Their tech came out and said the battery was good and they wouldn’t be replacing the battery. When I called back they gave me a website that I could file a complaint. So I’ve emailed them with my problem and I included both pics of the failed battery tests from Autozone and Oreillys. Currently waiting to hear back, but I will never buy a battery from a company that is purely mobile again. Not having a physical store is a big deal. They hire outside contractors in their personal vehicles to do the work, which is sketchy right off the bat. I was in a bad situation and needed immediate help and I made a terrible decision going with this company.
