I'm 91, with a 2003 car. I live alone. Since I don't drive, the car sits until a helper drives me to appointments. So it was not a big surprise that I found the battery dead. My daughter told me that I could have it delivered and installed. I didn't know that. I Googled and found 1800battery. The price was about $50 more than AAA, but I know how long a wait it always is with AAA. And 1800battery had excellent reviews. So I scheduled with 1800battery for same day delivery. The forms were easily navigated and good communications texted updated time of arrival. Jason arrived and with his experience, installed the new battery in 15 minutes. He was polite, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Chances are, this new battery may last longer than me. lol So if you're reading this, you may pay a little more but it's worth it, for convenience, reliability, same day installation.

This was a waste of time. I made an appointment and waiting for dispatch to assign a technician. After about 5 hours, I hadn't heard anything. I started a live chat - the bot said it was looking into it, 25 minutes later, and I was still waiting. Called the 1800 number and the operator put me on hold for 10 minutes and then confirmed noone has been assigned. I cancelled the order. Really glad that the car was at home and I was only waiting at home, but I would have made another plan if I had known that the service would have flaked out. I live in the NYC suburbs, so pretty surprised that they couldnt find a technician. I wish they told me sooner that they didnt have anyone lined up, as opposed to having me wait around indefinitely. I also highly doubt the 3-4 hour average response time advertised on the website - one would think that if the average response time to complete the order was 3-4 hours, that the service would call a consumer when the job wasnt even assigned after 5 hours.

Battery showed up hours past the delivery timeframe. No communication. Nothing on the website works which made me feel like I was being scammed. Was given the feeling by technicians I was an inconvenience for being so far outside of Detroit. Never will I do business with this company again. I feel robbed for what I payed for.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional. He completed the job efficiently and quickly.

This was top notch service that made everything super convenient. My Oder was placed on a phone, the battery replacement technician came within 1 hour and changed the battery seamlessly. Thank you for being exceptional.

Nothing is more challenging than auto things. Our Honda had to have parts removed to access the battery. Our battery was dead, my husband was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, I honestly can’t deal with dead battery. I plugged in Batteries in google and these folks in less than 2 hours had the car up and running. I’m beyond grateful for the quick response. It was easy, quick and done right.
