Where is the Battery? It’s been more than 24 hrs I booked the appointment. No one came to replace the battery. Now I am getting a Thankyou e mail from the company ? It’s frustrating

I had no idea you could have a battery delivered and installed. Rob was professional, experienced and a life saver and i will highly recommend 1800batteries and will use them again.

I contacted Carbattery.com to replace an auxiliary battery on my vehicle. I entered the VIN and described the on-screen alert in detail. The service technician arrived and exclaimed, "I don't have a battery for this car." He then admitted he had never changed an auxiliary battery on a vehicle like mine. Together, we watched a YouTube video on finding and replacing the battery. After several efforts, he called headquarters and was told it was a dealer-only replacement. I contacted CarBattery.com to request a refund when I was informed that there would be a restocking fee of $100. I assumed that I was paying for expert assistance. I was wrong. Their lack of knowledge, systems, and quality control makes Carbattery.com not worth the risk. BUYER BEWARE!

Easy to schedule and prompt delivery and installation

Had a scheduled appointment, had to call multiple times to see where the technician was. Ended up canceling the appointment, to reschedule for the first thing the following morning. Called in the morning to sure the appointment was rescheduled….waited the 2 hours for the technician to arrive, NO technician!!!! Cancelled service. Time lost, unnecessary money spent, not mention I will probably have to wait 5-7 business days for my refund. Suggestion to the company… have more than one technician available. One positive, there was a representative that I spoke with, Jose. Kudos to him and his customer service skills!!!

Horrible service. Booked an appointment and there was ZERO communication for almost 24 hours after the appointment window passed. The website is a horrible mess and is inconsistent, having to logout and relogin often to get your order to load and see status. Their chatbot on their website refuses to respond after it says "Someone will contact you shortly"......20 hours later..nothing.... You call them and if all operators are busy, you can opt to text them.... they don't respond if they don't have an update... If their technicians aren't taking your job, they're not going to update you on the status of your order as your time window approaches...arrives...and past....screwing up your schedule for not only that day, but the next day and possibly longer. Their contracted technician's are supposedly able to to handle any job, but every single one of them in my area didn't accept the job because they're either too lazy or have no clue how to replace an audi battery underneath a seat. Will never use this company again. AutoNation is a milllion times better and I should've gone with them first. They had same day appointment, gave a time window, then updated with an exact arrival time, showed up at designated time, completed the job in 35 minutes, and were professional and polite, all for less than 1800BatteryDumpsterFire. Don't make the same mistake and use this trash organization.

The process was fast and easy. I was able to track the entire process! They came to my front door and changed battery in and out. I highly recommend.
