Outstanding service. Called that morning and battery was installed at 6:30 that night. Breon was nice and very good at his job.

Very easy and efficient. The technician came to me within the scheduled time frame, changed my battery in less than 15 minutes, and I got to work early. Would recommend.

Went through the website on Sunday for an appointment. They called me and said they would be here between 9:00 and 11:00 on Monday. At 18:45, I went back to their website and started a "chat." They told me they were behind due to the weather, and they would be here at 9:00 Tuesday. They called me around 16:00 Tuesday and said they would be here at 9:00 on Wednesday. At 18:00 Wednesday, I canceled the order. A few hours late due to weather I can understand, but there's no excuse for being more than two days late. Poor communication, poor planning, poor management. Do not use.

Timing and installation were excellent. Web page was somewhat hard to navigate. The subject line of an email sent to me when I signed up for the newsletter said “20% Discount on First Purchase,” but nothing in the body allowed for anything but a 10% discount. I believe I was overcharged 10% based upon that. I have sent communications asking for the additional 10% discount.

1-800 battery saved me SO much hassle!! I didn’t have a way to jump my car plus I knew I needed a new battery anyways. I was able to order a battery and installation online (at a very reasonable price) and the tech was at my house with battery installed within 90 minutes. Completely saved my entire day!! Can’t recommend this service enough.

Mechanic had to be wore out bc I didn’t get service until 830 pm. He was so kind and quick. In a blizzard.

Company accepted our appointment with known address and need...AND charged my credit card....but 36 hours later told us they did not service my area. Unacceptable and shady business practices. Never again.
