Order number 959149. Ordered a knife 9/4/25 that I was to receive by end of the month. Still no knife, and despite 4 messages to the help center (email only, they don't take phone calls), no reply. Hard to imagine a poorer level of service. I don't know what happened to Milk Street, but the customer service now totally sucks. I am an Insider member, and have placed many an order- but don't think I will be placing any more!!!

I ordered 3 knives from Milk Street. I received 2 of them in September. I have emailed them 3 times inquiring about the missing knife and I receive the same email back each time saying that it has been delivered. VERY POOR communication!! Any company that is unwilling to communicate to it's customers should NOT be trusted.

What a horrible experience. Ordered a knife on Sept 26th. It’s now Nov 5th. No knife. No emails or correspondence. Beginning to think this is a scam. Very fed up!!! Buyer beware!!!!

I have received one news letter per year, on april 29 I placed an order for a cutting board, which I finally received in November and I’m still waiting for the Dutch oven. The recipe books have not been very exciting, despite the hype. I do love the olive oil offerings

Quality of items ordered and information

I started to order the knife featured in today's post. With my member discount, the cost was less than $37. A great deal! But wait - I was forced to order a five year warrant for $9.95. That certainly was discouraging, but I forged ahead. The final blow was when I was faced with a $50 charge for overnight shipping, with no cheaper option for slower delivery! Pay more for shipping than for the purchased item? I'm seriously reconsidering my commitment to Milk Street.
