My order came within a week. The pan is so convenient and easy to take care of. I’ve owned a wok for over 30 years and use it at least once a week. But it’s difficult to put away (it lives above my cupboards), difficult to get, etc. Now I’m cooking for two and this smaller wok is so handy.

I ordered it in July and didn't receive the cutting boards until late October. In September you were advertising them for sale, so I called to find out where mine were. I was told they hadn't arrived yet. That just added to my frustration. If your going to offer items you don't have on hand, I think you should include the delayed delivery time in the ad.

The Kozmatik I purchased as a gift for my daughter arrived damaged. I wrote Milk Street about the problem and immediately received a response that the damaged Kozmatik would be replaced. It was, indeed, and quickly, too. My daughter is very pleased and so am I.

I still cannot access recipes even though I have both print and online memberships. I have ordered from MS for years. In fact, I received the Backroad Italy book yesterday as well as an Artelegno tray annd w jars of piccolo datterini tomatoes. Other items are delayed at MS as apparently you have other problems. Fix the access problem, stop asking for $1 to access recipes and you will have a happy customer.

they keep avdertising stuff for sale that they don't have in stock - i waited at least 4 months for delivery of items that they kept on advertising for sale without clearly noting that delivery would not be timely. even in-stock items take over a week or more to arrive. Plus, their web site is so slow and clunky and difficult to navigate
