Waiting for 5 months for this skillet was a tad too long. The instructions on seasoning are confusing. E.g. add more oil before you repeat 2 and 3?? I had to ask ChatGpt. It said yes. Just a bit. You are assuming everyone has a gas stove. In seasoning the skillet on an electric cook top I had different results than your directions. The center of the pan turned dark brown with no golden color on the rest of the pan. Yes, back to ChatGpt to see if I ruined my pan. Thankfully no. It gave me directions on how to clean it and start over. Hopefully it turns out ok. I'll resume trying to season it tomorrow ... starting it on medium low. NOT medium high. The pan is beautiful, durable but a bit heavy.

Ordered and paid for in April, delivered in late October. Meanwhile, Milk Street advertised the same product at a lower cost than what I had paid months before. I had to write and ask that the price for my as-yet-undelivered peeler be reduced to reflect the new advertised price (I have no idea why they were advertising a product they were still unable to deliver).

Good product. Not sure why it took 5 months to arrive.

The length of time from my order to the actual time I received the order. Communication was not good when it came to issues with my order.

I was confused on the different memberships, turns out there are at least two of them.

Shipping is an issue. I ordered three products at the same time and I got one and waiting on the other two.

I didn't realize I was ordering a wok from China. Took months to be delivered.

Good cook book, but shipping was expensive. It shipped through Amazon on 10/6 and was received on 10/13. To my mind, $9.00 for a 7 day shipping window is excessive.
