Improve customer service.
I did not receive 3of 3 packages; have notified MS about missing packages. With no phone number and emails that are rarely answered,l I am about to give up shopping at MS.

Sadly
Sadly, I live in a city where package theft is normal, I thought I had solved this problem by having my shipment sent to a PO Box. Unfortunately, you can’t trust FedEx or the USPS to successfully deliver anything! FedEx says package delivered. Post office has no record and now I bet it will be returned in a month to Milk Street and they will have both the product and my money.

Wok is unwieldy and heavy. Do not recommend.
Waited 4 months for the wok. What a disappointment! So much work to season it. Failed twice. Directions poor. Wok is so heavy, so difficult to handle. This wok is only for very, very serious cooks who have the time & patience to take care of it. Hopefully, it will appreciated by someone at Goodwill.
