Everything I’ve ever ordered from the Milkstreet Store has been wonderful. The dates are amazing that I reordered and bought some for a friend who loved them, too.

After reading extensive reviews of various brands of panettone, I was lead to believe that Olivieri Classic Panettone is the best on the market for 2025. I decided to try the small one for $25.00. I ordered early enough to still have time to buy a larger one before Christmas if it measured up to the reviews. What a disappointment! First of all, it was the size of a large muffin (pricey at $25.00). It was dry and tasteless, even though I tried it the day it arrived. There was no richness at all, white bread color, meaning fewer eggs (?), and despite allegedly having a 4 day fermentation process, the taste was forgettable. Fruit was sparse. I can't imagine paying over $100 for the regular size. I'm looking for "can't stop eating it," and continued loyalty to the brand. Now I have to start my search over again for delicious panettone, for our family Christmas breakfast. Sadly, I can't give this more than one star. Even more confusing, is the fact that persons who have lived in Italy for decades, as well as celebrated chefs swear by this brand. I don't know if this was just a one off, or if the mini one is made differently. Would be happy to receive feedback.

Just the perfect size since I'm cooking for one.

I tried the $1 special to try them out. I never received a reminder about the automatic renewal, so I didn't cancel before it auto renewed. I tried to call, but there was a message to try email or the website due to phone issues. So I sent a message via the site after logging in, requesting a cancellation and refund. No automatic message that my request was submitted. Tired again with same results. I sent an email and got an automatic reply that it was faster to call. I called today, was on hold for almost half an hour, and got disconnected after someone answered and asked my name. I thought it was perhaps a mistake on their side, so I called again. This time I went through the process for a call back, rather than hold. I got a call. She identified herself and requested my name. Before I could get my name out, she hung up on me. This feels sketchy and too much like a scam for me. I am requesting a refund from my credit card instead. Too much hassle and wasted time.

Great product, delivered fast.

I found the exact same product same make model whatever you want to call it, brand new for $6.99 that same exact product that you sell for $35.00 total greediness in my opinion. Since you are ripping people off I thought I’d look for a deal for veterans. Guess you don’t care about that at all. No where on your website gives American veterans deals.

I ordered a Penettoni 10 days ago and haven’t received it yet.

I placed an order and paid extra for 2-day shipping. Got a shipping notification a couple days later. Several days later, tracking showed UPS still hadn't received my order. Emailed customer service for an update. No response except a generic auto-reply. Several days later I tried to call the store and was told they don't handle online-shopping customer service; email is the only contact method. Two weeks after placing my order, since UPS still hadn't received my item, I emailed to cancel my order and get a refund. Still no response. Ultimately, I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge and, miraculously, within a couple hours Milk Street finally got back to let me know my order was canceled. I will never do business with Milk Street again.
