They scammed me. They offer 1$ a month for 3 months with option to cancel.After 2 months I cancelled and they charged me 70$.They keep on writing to me thats they will send me a refund.Been running after them since August.Now they wrote that they will send me a refund in another 3 months!!

They are beautiful pieces, they were just much later than I expected and I had to make other purchases for the event I really wanted them for.

I ordered a knife on 10/8/25. I never received it and I made several email inquiries about when I would receive it. On November 8, I was told the knives were received and would be shipped. On November 18, i reached out again and was told that the knives would not be received until at least November 25. When I asked why they told me that the knives were in on 11/8, they refused to answer. Very disappointed. Their customer service is not helpful and provides false information.

I have had several bad experiences with Milk Street. First, I signed up for a subscription twice by accident. I emailed them for a refund and never received a response. I never received my subscription and had to go through my bank to get a refund. Second, I signed up for an online class. We were told that we would receive recipes a week in advance. I had not heard from then a few days prior so emailed. Never got a response, didn't get the recipes. I like the podcast but would not give them money again.

The order process was very easy. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I didn't open it. She is starting to enjoy cooking and wanted a wok. Yours came highly recommended. It was packaged very well.

There are promises are not real until you prove to them. They made a mistake, but thank goodness the mistake was corrected.
