Glad I found these guys. Saved me a bundle and never had a problem with the ink.

I am satisfied with the product, as the copies are good and I think the price of the refill kit is fair. Not a big deal, as independent refill guides are to be found on the Internet, but 123refills' website stated that instructions would be included with the kit but in fact there were none. Makes me wonder what volume of ink is recommended, what the included little black plastic plugs are for and if I will regret having not used them somehow, etc. I followed someone else's instructions as posted on You Tube and, so far at least, have not had any problem.

After ordering, it took approximately a month to get my order. I realize it was on back order, but if I need ink pronto, I may have to look elsewhere. I wasn't even compted for my inconvenience.

I would confidently recommend 123refills to someone new seeking savings and service.

This company offers a huge selection of inkjet refill cartridges, equal in quality to OEM cartridges, at a substantially lower price. In addition, they very often run specials on their products. Above all, they deliver on time and in perfect condition. A top quality supplier, to be sure!

Have purchased OEM and non-OEM products, the latter being a complete waste of money based on subzero quality. Attempts to get full replacement or reimbursement were a complete failure. Although I was promised full replacement of poor quality products with non-OEM ones, I just got the same subpar quality non-OEM products in replacement. Resulted in a complete mess. Customer service says all the right things though, and they will pester you for your business. Poor quality product does not make up for the good and responsive service.

Never had a complaint. Accurate, fast, and most of all cheap.
