Zero Service - Completed my methylation test
Completed my methylation test, tracking progress with shipping was just about impossible. Eventually got my test results where after I ordered my by-monthly nutrients on the 13th of Jan 2026. Order disappeared en route to the delivery address. No communication from 10 X whatsoever. Still don’t have my nutrients, really not excited about this journey anymore.

Hi Jay, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. To clarify, your nutrient order was placed on January 13th and shipped the next day, January 14th. Unfortunately, severe weather conditions impacted the carrier’s network and caused delays while the package was in transit. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is managed by the shipping carrier, and weather-related holds are outside of our control. A team member will be reaching out to you directly to review the tracking details and discuss next steps so we can help bring this to a resolution. So far so good....
Since taking the suggested supplements, I've seen a big difference in mental health, as well as my physical well being. I really believe the genetic methalaytion test helped get to the root cause of the issues I was having. So far so good guys and gals!

Billed for free service, Not enough detail in the report
Update: I was charged for a service that was offered to me for free and have tried to reach the rep who made this offer to no avail, so I am updating my review in an effort to get them to contact me. The information provided in the report was helpful but very generic and doesn't tell me exactly what I need to supplement with, just that I need to purchase your supplements. I would like a more detailed explanation of what methylated nutrients I need based on my genetic test. I have learned that there is an option for a consultation to get more detailed information about my results. I think this is really great, but should be included in the initial purchase. I am happy to know what areas of my genetic makeup are mutated and causing me health issues and value this service.

Support was excelent, subscription sub-par
Support was excelent, subscription system sub-par. I kept getting orders I canceled months ago. DIDN'T show on my portal, rep had to cancel!
