I started taking the multivitamin the way subscribed on the bottle 3x’s a day. But the I ran out and my automatic shipment was scheduled for every other month so I with the next shipment I only took 1 sometimes 2 a day to make the bottle last until the next refill. Not sure I’m getting everything I should out of the product but at least I’m getting something!

I had a good conversation with the first rep I talked to, she answered my questions and gave me a general overview of the process and what to expect. Then I got the methylation test and did it & sent it in, got an email saying they got it & told me about how long it would take to get results. It came back inconclusive, so they sent me another kit, I did it. I got NO email or anything the second time. It really left me wondering for a month or so whether or not, I was ever going to get any results. Finally I got a random phone call and it was a 10x rep and we went over the results, and it was good again. The waiting with no communication was the only downfall for me

I have done the gene test and found out I have many defective genes in the cycle. I ordered and use the recommended supplements. Within 3 weeks I was off of thyroid meds I had been taking for 35 years. Had blood work done 3 months later and my thyroid levels were totally normal. I couldn't be happier with the results. More people need to listen because our health, oops, I mean sick care system is so broken and as a former critical care nurse I know this to be true. You won't be sorry for spending money on this because THIS is what our system should be doing.
