Delayed Results with no updates
I ordered a methylation test on 5/22/25. By 5/31/25 I had completed the home test, sent it back and it was received. According to 10X results take 6-8 weeks. I received my results 9/9/25. During that time, I called multiple times with zero satisfaction. I felt strung along. Apparently there was an issue requiring a retest. The staff tried to be helpful, however, the only thing they could do was "escalate" the matter. Had I not called and "escalated" the matter, I'm confident I'd still not have my results. I'm very disappointed. I nearly requested a refund. I would not recommend 10X.

Products aren’t working for me
