worthwhile investment
I believe the vitamin supplements that were prescribed for me from the results of my genetic test, have been immensely helpful. I feel like my gut is much healthier, and my digestion has improved markedly.

I emailed very soon after I received…
I emailed very soon after I received confirmation that my order was placed, not shipped. Now, days later, they finally respond and told me they cannot cancel my order. I am a repeat customer and expect a much higher level of respect towards their customer base.

I completely understand why this situation feels disappointing, especially as a repeat customer. Your order was set up under a bi-monthly subscription, which you agreed to at checkout. As part of that process, we do send an email notification five days before the order processes specifically to give you time to make any updates or cancel if needed. Once an order is processed and prepared for fulfillment, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it, even if it has not yet shipped. 2nd email explaining my dis…
2nd email explaining my dis satisfaction. I feel no difference. I also paid for extra for a conceltation that I never recieved. I have been Garys loudest cheerleader, now i feel ripped off. I responded last month to get my money back and no respose. I canceled it myself today. Not happy!

Your report includes multiple ways to review and understand your results, including five educational videos that explain each gene, along with clear descriptions showing whether a gene is fully functioning, partially functioning, or has a full genetic break. Any supplement recommendations are based strictly on the genetic findings in your report, and we only recommend what aligns with your results. There are way too many follow up emails…
There are way too many follow up emails that leads to confusion and fatigue! Not one or 2 but 5 emails plus this rate your experience. The people I interacted with were terrific, but the bombardment of emails is disappointing ,
