The report is designed to provide multiple ways to understand your results, including five educational videos that explain each gene, along with detailed descriptions showing whether a gene is fully functioning, partially functioning, or has a full genetic break. We only recommend supplements based strictly on the genetic breaks identified in your results. We would never suggest anything you do not need, as taking unnecessary supplements can lead to over-methylation rather than improvement. If at any point you would like additional guidance or clarification, we are always more than happy to help.
