For transparency, we do send an email notification five days prior to renewal to allow time to update or cancel a subscription. Because our subscriptions are bi-monthly, there is typically a window of close to 40 days to manage changes before an order processes. Once an order enters fulfillment, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it, which we understand can feel limiting and frustrating. That said, we absolutely hear your concerns. Feedback like this is taken seriously and is incredibly valuable as we continue to evaluate how we can improve flexibility, visibility, and control within the ordering experience.
