This company is a pain to work with. Internal communications and operations within this company is the poorest I have experienced. They have no clue what is happening at their locations. The corporate web maps of their facilities don't even match the real facility. I book a 2nd space and assigned a number. I go there and there is another vehicle parked. I call 10F and make arrangements to use another space. Next day, get a nasty message demanding that I move. I call and explain the situation. OK. I get another message asking to move to assigned space. I try, assigned space still occupied. I get second message demanding I move from the temporary space or vehicle will be towed away. There is no proof anybody from 10F has been on site and I cannot talk to the incompetent individual that demands I move. Company cannot even confirm why the message was sent and cannot get updated information about is happening at the site or confirmation if the assigned space is free.

They double your payment within 2 weeks and make u pay for a lock change and locks aren’t always changed

Hi Virginia, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our facility at 2542 S Alston. We checked your account in an attempt to better understand what happened, but we seem to be a bit confused as we don't see that a rate increase has ever been charged to your account. Your account is the same rate as it has been since you began renting with us in 2017. Additionally, we will only overlock a unit and charge a late fee + overlock fee when the account is more than a week past due, per the NC state law regulations. However, we will work with our tenants in providing the lock combination to have it removed as soon as we make contact with you and discuss the account balance. We do apologize again for any inconveniences you feel you've had during your time in renting with us. Boat storage space and lot is very tight for my 24' pontoon boat with trailer. Price is reasonable for outside storage.

The facilities are good but I don't like that there is not anyone local to assist with challenges. When calling their office, the staff are nice and helpful, but the personal contact is missing.

My rent was increased multiple times (it went from $87 to $131 and the upkeep of the location is not the greatest. There were several times I had to pull 2 foot tall weeds growing in front of the door to my unit. Water also leaked into the back of my unit.

Great facility very clean easy access...had to pay late fee 1 time and thought it was a bit much..i paid 24 hours late and was shocked at the late fee added

I do want to assure you, per NC state law, late fees are not added until the account is delinquent 7 days past the due date.
