Update : they agreed to check me out and not bill me for further months. So I don't like their pricing and bait approach but they could have handled the ending much worse. So I upgraded the review from 1 to 4 star. Great offer to sign up, but there were hidden fees. Then as soon as the 2 months free (which were not free because of the hidden fees) expired, they sent me notices and over the next 6 months, 3 rent increases, so I went free was $12.99, then $29 was $42.99 but quickly turned into $20 more and then again $20. When I terminated, they did not respond until weeks later and then asked me to send a photo of the empty unit. Well, it was emptied weeks ago and I am not going to drive 5 hours to take a photo of it. In other words, rent from them but once you do, they will use all the leverage they can to get as much money from them as possible. They are bullies, every single person I talked to there, it was clear they enjoyed the power. I suspect their hiring profile says : like to bully people ? We are the place for you!

I did not realize I wasn't allowed to store my belongings there. I got a new agreement 2 days after I was at my unit, which when door is open you can see I have boxes of books stored in the front of the unit. New agreement states I'm not allowed to store my books, papers, anything of value or sentimental items. I guess they watch you when you are at your unit to see what you have stored. Since I'm apparently not allowed to store my personal belongings, I'll have to find a place that will. Also had issues with my payment not being accepted this month, had to put it on a credit card, as it wouldn't accept my debit/visa card. They took over only a few months ago, the gate has been chained open quite a few times as well.

I like the units nice and clean but the rows are to small hard to get around the buildings

Reserving a unit online was very easy. I arrived Saturday evening and realized that the combination to the lock was not included in the information that I had received. Since customer service hours ended at 5pm, I had to wait until the next morning to contact customer support. The person I talked to was very helpful and friendly. When I got into the unit, it needed to be swept and had what appeared to be two grease stains on the floor. Not the best experience, but the prices are very reasonable, so I am willing to allow a little more grace.

Rental success. It did take two attempts to rent a second storage unit but after an unsuccessful first day and a 30 minute wait time. On day two I was able to rent a second unit with no problems. The staffer went through the questions and steps in an efficient organized timely manner.

Storge room was nice and clean. Couple of problems, someone left a ladder in the door while they were putting stuff in their storage while we were there and the next morning when I came back, the ladder was still in the doorway and the gate to facility was still open. The Big problem was the size of the rooms. I initially reserved a 10x25 but when we got there to quickly unload so we could go back for more (severe time constraint), the room was only 7.5x10. Spoke to customer service and they swore it was 10x25. It took calling again and a very nice lady had us checking several rooms marked 10x25 and they weren’t. Finally found a 10x25. Customer Service people I spoke with were all very pleasant. The call center is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. The message would say 14 callers ahead and wait time is 50 min. It got down to 11 callers ahead but time jumped from 33 min to 77 min. I had been on hold for over a hour. It took many calls to actually talk to a person.

They didn't utilize all the space in the storage unit therefore making things really tight. The broke the leg off my sofa sliding it.
