10 FederalReviews of 10federalstorage.com

I left public storage because of their constant rate hikes and disingenuous business practices. I had hoped that 10 Federal Storage would be better. As hard as this may be to believe, it's even worse. Their business model works for them, it will not work for you. Avoid this company.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience. Trying to get assistance from this company is completely impossible. They have built a wall of automation that ensures you will never speak to a human being.Zero Customer Support: I have tried reaching out by phone, chat, and email. Every single channel leads to an endless loop of AI bots, automated responses, or dead ends. There is absolutely no way to reach a real person when you have an actual issue that needs solving.Extraneous Pricing: To make matters worse, they engage in unfair, sudden, and completely unjustified pricing adjustments. They hook you in with one rate, only to tack on extraneous fees and unexpected price hikes, knowing you can't easily reach anyone to dispute the charges. It feels like they purposefully avoid hiring human representatives so they can dodge accountability for their predatory billing practices. A completely hands-off, automated business model does not work when you leave your paying customers completely stranded.Avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and completely ignore you.

This company bought out the locally owned storage unit I was using earlier this year. They are repugnant and evil and started MASSIVELY overcharging for the tiny storage unit that I have rented from them compared to the price I was originally paying. Trying to get in touch with customer service is useless, they are ghouls. If your storage unit has been taken over by them I recommend getting your stuff out of there as soon as possible. Absolutely miserable.

THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT!!! THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME FOUR TIMES NOW.AND THEY ARE AWFUL, AND I'M GOING TO SUE THEM! EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY MAKE MY ACCOUNT GO INTO ARREARS, AND THEY OWE ME BIG MONEY! EVIL! TERRIBLE! ROBOTS ONLY! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHITTY WEBSITE! F THEM!

Rats, leaks and broken ac. Customer service is non existent.

Got a unit for approx 140 bucks a month. Within a few months raised the price by 70%. AVOID THESE BAIT AND SWITCHERS. Just gave my notice. Buyer beware.

Their portal is fully automated so when a problem arises, there is no one to help waiting on the phone for hours to talk to someone who never comes.

They, 10 Federal, bought the rental company I was with while I was in the hospital. The previous company knew I was out sick and had been lenient on the rent til I was back to work. When 10 Federal bought out the old company I got an eviction notice via email within a week. I was told I had til a specific date to pay or lose my possessions. I got out of the hospital 5 days before the auction. Tried to pay numerous times but kept getting a robot who kept telling me multiple different amounts to pay on multiple different accounts. I ONLY HAD ONE STORAGE UNIT!! Spent my first 5 days out of the hospital, still recuperating, calling, calling, calling trying to get my bill paid but couldn't resolve the discrepancies. I went to the facility a number of times to find someone to talk to. Even the day of the auction! Nobody there but a painting crew. I met a long time tenant said he was having issues with contacting the new owners too but he had never, ever seen an auction. Well, my stuff is gone. All family momentos, pictures, documents! GONE!! Working legal action now! Wish I could give them a negative 1,000,000 rating!!!
