Worth the Wait!
Worth the wait... It took almost an hour to get someone to answer the phone...but that is due, probably, to Co-Vid 19 interruption in our daily lives! However, when I did get to speak to Melissa...it was worth the wait. It was so simple to get the code, pay for the storage unit and move in. Absolutely...painless. Very positive experience. I will be sure to let my friends know to rent from 10 Federal for all their storage needs!
