I rented on line but once I arrived I…
I rented on line but once I arrived I had to call and give them all of my information again. When I arrived in front of my unit I noticed a lock on it, I had to call back again to get the combination, then I dropped off the wrong lock so I called and reported that and a work order was put in and I have heard nothing since. Terrible customer service

Hi Audrey, We sincerely apologize for your experience thus far. Our facilities are fully automated; in order to ensure a clean and secure storage unit we lock all vacant units with a Davinci lock. Upon moving into a unit, the unique code to the lock is sent so you may be able to remove the lock once you arrive without needing to call-in. We are disappointed to hear that may have not been the case for you. In hope of making it right - we have added a credit to your account for the month of May. I really like how they let me choose…
I really like how they let me choose the pin to use for entry so that it was specific to me and ensured the safety of people and property in and around the storage units. I also really liked how the customer service reps called to check and double check that everything was going smoothly and ensured me that though they wouldn't be there physically to help if needed, they were only a phone call away. I appreciated that most because from what I'd experienced up to that point, the pandemic had seemed to dry up many peoples desire to help, so I'm appreciative for how they were still on top of things regarding the reputation of the business.

Easy signup with a pleasant person…
Easy signup with a pleasant person named Alissa (sp?) on the phone. The signup documents were very complete. The facility was very clean and the unit was spotless. It is a big improvement over the facility from which I moved.
