Reserving the unit was easy and fast
Reserving the unit was easy and fast. I had a great agent help me with the getting started part but when i arrived at my unit it was full of trash and the over all facilities was cramped and very hard to get the Uhaul in

the contact person Sebastian was extremely helpful & informative .. he talked me through several different storage options .. I appreciated his patience while I made my decision

Unit didnt work... but rectified.
Unit didnt work.... then confusion ensued! However, they did take care of the issues to my satisfaction.

You’re better off elsewhere
Storage is impossible to find and when you call to ask for assistance because the address, when entered into gps takes you to a different business you’re greeted by rude condescending employees that treat you like your dumb and it isn’t their problem. Supposed to be 24/7 controlled access but yet the gate is open all day 🤔

Thank you for the feedback. I am so sorry GPS took you to the wrong address, we are working with Google to improve the map to reflect the location exact location on S. 6th Street. Additionally, I would like to address the gate and controlled access problem. Our maintenance tech will be at the facility today to check the operation and ensure it is working correctly. Thank you for bring that to our attention.

Called the hotline for Springfield…
Called the hotline for Springfield property to inquiry about rentals. I was helped( not so much) by Sebastian. I am a current customer and was asking about changes to the property and the broken front gate. He said he could not help and would not transfer me too the property manager. He was very rude and dismissive in his demeanor. If this is the customer service I can expect I will be leaving 10 federal storage.
