I believe that i talked with Katie
I believe that i talked with Katie. She was very helpful and informative and made the process very easy and this was very instrumental in me choosing this storage facility. The facility is very clean and easy accessible. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.

Unit was burglarized
Unit was burglarized. Lied about when they knew about it (time stamp on the photo showed otherwise). Local Pd said they can’t get anyone to turn over the video. Sounds like an employee is stealing and they are covering for them.

it would be easier if lock numbers were given to the people renting them to give them the number when rented ..and also maintaince should have door assemblies on hand at all times to avoid problems like this
Response from 10 FederalJul 1, 2020
Hi Tim, thanks for the 4-star review. Our locks have a serial number on them for security. We can quickly provide the code when given the number. As for door assemblies, I believe we do keep some in stock but I believe we did run out. I apologize for that. We're here to help if you need anything, just give us a call!
