Renting a storage unit has been a total nightmare.
Renting a storage unit has been a nightmare. Rented unit for August 27th. On August 30th went to the unit with a load of items. Couldn't access it. That was on a Sunday and too late to get a hold of anyone in the call center. Tried local contact number, they have no information on the units!?! On the the 31st, contacted the call center only to find out our unit reservation was canceled because we didn't check-in on the 27th. Why would they not notify me through an email? On the 31st, I called the call center to get a unit and not once, not twice not three times we were given 3 different units and they weren't empty. If interested, call me and I'll delve further into what happened that is not noted in this review.

Hello Karen, We would like to apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding. When reserving a unit, a unit is taken off the market for 10 days, after those 10 days the unit goes back on the market. We would like to apologize for any confusion brought to you by the moving process. We make sure to lock all units, whether rented or not, to guarantee the safety of all tenants and units. Let us know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. We are here to help you with any and all your storage needs. Best Regards, 10FSS Management
