I have had the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience ever with attempting to get my leases corrected to reflect accurate information. It has been 4 phone calls and it is still not 100% correct. Your customer service agent stated "that's just how it is." When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told everyone was in a meeting and I could not leave a callback number. We have rented from you guys for years and will be looking for somewhere else to take our business. I will not recommend you all to anyone.

Hi Chalana, Thank you for reaching out. We sincerely apologize for the issues you've experienced thus far. We have specific protocols in place for updating contact information, or lease agreements. If it is simply an adjustment to the contact information we can send you a form to complete where we will then update that right away in our system. However, if it's an update to your lease agreement it may take a bit longer as that is a binding document, which is usually completed by the tenant, prior to signing. We will need to investigate prior to making adjustments as a necessary security measure. Nonetheless, our Property Management team is usually notified immediately when there is an escalation request. We have not yet seen that request but we can assure you we'll be looking into matters further to come to an immediate resolution and find out what occurred. We will be completing an investigation on your account. In the meantime, we have added a credit to your account for the trouble you've experienced. We hope to make things right with you for your future storage needs. Thank you kindly. -Management
