I didn’t like how I did everything online and get there and you had to start all over. I clearly hear someone in the back office but you have to call a number for assistance. Just frustrating

Hi Torie, We apologize for the experience you've had. This is extremely disappointing to hear; we can assure you we will be looking into it from our end. Our facilities are fully automated, although you shouldn't have to do anything with your move-in twice. Once you complete the online move-in everything (including the unlock code for your unit) is emailed to you right away so you will have access to your unit by the time you arrive. It seems that this did not happen for you; we are looking into what happened from our end. Our kiosk office is intended to show the sizing of units through our model area, move-in through the kiosk, or return Davinci locks. We do have tenant offices which share walls with the kiosk office. After speaking with our maintenance team, we believe this may be what you heard when arriving. Nonetheless - we sincerely apologize that your experience has been less than satisfactory so far and we hope to have the chance to make it right. I had a Amazing young man that took the extra time of looking out for his customer. I would have had two different storages. He checked it out made it easy for me to combine 2 storage bills to 1 .. Wrong Unit - Initially, we were assigned a unit that was already in use. When calling, the support person was able to reassign a unit right next to it that was unoccupied.
