Sung, We are sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your experience. We do have occasional price increases when the rates are not at the market rate and quite often still fall below the market rate. This is a standard practice in the rental industry. We also send out notice that this will take place well in advance. We would like to find out more information. If you are interested in providing that, please call our customer support center and ask to be put in touch with an account manager. Hi Cheryl, We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced during move-in. This is not how we typically handle our customer requests and we can assure you that we will be looking into it with our Customer Care team. We've just reviewed your account and refunded you the amount you spent on move-in. We also apologize for the Davinci lock not being on your unit when you arrived.
