This may be my 2nd review, not sure. Initially, it took me by surprise to not have to fill out paperwork manually, but after speaking with customer service, OMG, they were so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My experience has been great!

The phone calls were pleasant and helpful, and the process was easy.

The lady we spoke to was great and helpful. The only issue was trying to padlock code. All in ALL a good experience. I would and will refer to others.

Sign up process was easy, access to the unit is easy and the unit is clean

Quick and easy to reach from my home. Sign up was quick online, check-in was easy. Only complaint I have is the ramp leading into the building is sloped, and I didn't have anything to keep the dolly loaded with stuff from rolling back while I punched in the access code, five feet away. Started carrying a junk piece of wood to brace the wheels. I am happy with my choice.

We have a space for our RV at 10 Federal Storage in Trinity, NC #63. We have been able to use our entry code on the gate MAYBE twice since we rented the space. That was the original code, after not being able to get in one time they gave us a temporary code and said maintenance would come to fix the problem. WEEKS later we went to check on the RV and the temporary code would not work. Spend LOT OF TIME ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER... Gave us another temp code which we use and got in the facility. Later we went to the facility and NEITHER CODE WORKED. Again WEEKS later we receive a text saying we have a new code. Went to facility to try it out..DID NOT WORK. WEEKS LATER we received a text saying it is fixed. IT WAS NOT. Again we sit on the phone waiting for someone to answer. This has happened many times. ALL WE GET WHEN WE CALL IS "WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT GIVE YOU A TEMP CODE AND WE WILL REPORT TO MAINTENANCE" We have asked to speak to someone else in management, to no avail (they cannot do that they said) It is a very nice facility but the problem with the gate is ridiculous. Our RV with truck is 60 feet long. When we go to take the RV back into the facility... our RV sticks out into the street by about 2 feet...the drive to the facility is in a curve with traffic traveling at 50+ MPH. SO IT IS DANGEROUS TO BE SITTING WITH THE END OF THE RV IN THE 2 LANE ROAD. The Customer Service is absolutely insane. The people on the phone cannot do anything to help except to give you a temp code (which you have no idea when it will expire) and put in a call to maintenance. Today we received a text saying Maintenance cannot find a problem with our code. Well, we had to use the temporary code to get in the last time and it worked...SO OBVIOUSLY WE KNOW HOW TO USE THE KEYPAD. We have asked to meet the maintenance people at the unit. Either we need another code that does work. Again, C/S people have told us they have these calls often. HATE TO MOVE FROM A NICE FACILITY BUT GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO START LOOKING IF THIS PROBLEM CANNOT BE FIXED. IF WE COME IN WITH THE RV AND GET HIT ...SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET HURT OR KILLED. I get out of the truck and motion my husband within a few inches of the gate and we are still in the road. We have suggested that the gate needs to be brought in about 5' to give large RVs that are going to their spot a way to get out of the road. William & Wanda Kearney
