Locked out of facility for over a month…
Locked out of facility for over a month and locks cut off my unit and could not access my personal things all for lack of communication on their part. Lost my paperwork and had no idea who we were and was told our unit was not rented and not ours. Luckily I took pictures of all of it. Now I still cant access their payment page after numerous times of enter the information they gave me.

Hello Bryan, We do apologize for any confusion. Whenever a tenant is behind on payments, we must follow all Georgia State lien laws. If you would like to make a payment, you can always contact the call center, pay online, or set up autopay. We recently took over this facility.
