DON'T DO IT!!! They increase the rent stating "for operational costs" and my unit isn't even climate controlled. I've been a customer since a August and my rent started at $135. It is now $189 and it's only February. Moving asap. Save your money and go with a different company.

When we checked in to our new storage unit we discovered that although it was listed as having power, it did not have any lights. Federal apologized for the mistake and offered to knock $20 per month off the rent. I felt that was extremely fair. Even without the reduction, their prices are better than any other facility around and it is a very nice facility with a good location.

The Burleson, Texas facility is very nice and well maintained. Very easy to get into and out of with my pickup and 20 ft trailer. Dakota, the onsite manager is very helpful and will go beyond expectations to help with any question and needs.
