Great service
Great service. People I talked to were nice, friendly and very helpful. Unit was clean and easy to move in to.

Super easy process but dark outside
Super easy process. Even wanted to change spots and no issue. I do wish the outside parking had more lights. It is very dark at night.

I paid a prorated price and was unable…
I paid a prorated price and was unable to get their DaVinci lock opened. The First Lady I talked to put in a maintenance repair to have lock removed. When I went to the storage facility 2 days later the lock still had not been removed. I called and talked to a 2nd lady who told me they were short handed. I told her I paid a prorated amount and I was still not able to move anything into my storage unit. If I cannot get into the storage unit on 1/31/22, I will ask for a full refund and find another storage unit. I really hate this because I rented a storage unit at a new facility and it is very nice.

I talked in person to the site manager…
I talked in person to the site manager and he was polite and efficient. The unit was what I needed, and was clean and appeared well-maintained.

Great storage at a great price!
I NEEDED STORAGE QUICKLY AND CLOSE TO HOME, AND AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. I GOT ALL OF THAT AND MORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HELPFUL AND MOST FRIENDLY. I COULDN'T HAVE PICKED A BETTER STORAGE FACILITY. THANK YOU.
