The support team are incredibly helpful and are always available. I've only been using 101domain now for about 2 weeks but I'm very pleased with their service.

I was on the fence about 101domain because they had some TLDs I needed, but their hosting prices were a little high. Needless to say, I ended up using them and they've been fantastic to work with. I'm even glad I'm paying a couple bucks extra a month for hosting because their support is fantastic. Good job.

The best customer support I've dealt with across all hosting services

excellent service by Marcelo, he stayed with on thr phone for over 45 minutes trying to help me reslove my issue .I was having hosting issues when i first started but Hani and Yev helped for 3 hours and stayed on the phone with me till the job as done .Thank you for all your help. .

Awesome Customer support

Excellent excellent excellent customer service. I was really struggling with getting my hosting set up. After trying to solve it myself I contacted 101domain and spoke with Corey. He was so quick and efficient and my problem was solved in minutes.

I was nervous about the process of starting a website for myself (I'm not tech savvy at all) so when researching I knew I wanted to find something simple. 101Domain is not only an easy set up process, but customer service is awesome! I spoke to Kelly. She was super friendly and took her time explaining the steps in setting up. Very happy with this service!
