One word: BLACKMAIL company. They charge you 180$ for domain restore. I wait from 21 june till now 5.07.2017 and my domin is still not working....... Invoice # is RESTORE-999345I1

I have taken out hosting with 101domain, and this is the slowest, most unreliable server I have ever come across in 15 years of making websites. This is 2017 and the server is still running PHP 5.2 which was end of life years ago and is venerable. Very unimpressed. When I have opened 4 support tickets none have been answered. No idea what is going on over there.

Generally my eight-plus years with 101domain have passed without event, but I was disappointed when my domain was suspended without warning due to suspected malware activity. Fair enough they suspended the service, but a message would have been nice, especially as it's an urgent issue. The customer service wasn't open on the weekend, which seems a bit odd for an international Internet company.

They wanted my government ID and CREDIT CARD to "verify my identity" for a domain.

Jeg har haft et domæne i 2014 via 100domain, som så øjensynligt havde nye krav, for at jeg kunne fornye det i 2015. 100domains håndtering og information er dårlig og da jeg ikke får fornyet domæne og ønsker en fair refusion, stopper høfligheden brat. Vælg et andet sted at registrere domæne.
