i was late to renew my domain so i made a ticket and made a chat with support. after chatting with first support we can't resolve and i wrote that i need some help. after that second support came and resolve the situation, just told me that another regisrty have my domain and my domain didn't sold any 3-rd party. so i have to pay for a new year the same price. it was easy and professional. it made me feel confident so i'm happy with the support

HORRENDOUS!!! SUPER SUPER SUPER SLOW TECH SUPPORT! Can take several days to respond on 'priority issues'. No 24x7 Helpdesk and are not accessible at all on weekends! The live chat are helpful, but are unable to resolve issues. Have caused us MAJOR business disruptions! TERRIBLE after sales support!
