Scam alert!!!
On 17 Aug 2020, I purchased a domain via 101domain.com. Up till now, it is still pending approval (and is still available for purchase in the market). I have contacted them twice with regard to this issue, but no one responded to my query. Terrible service! Do not buy anything from them!

I have been a customer of 101domain.com since 2007. During that time the service has been more or less flawless. Any issues that have come up have been dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. I love the simplicity of the service, it has everything I need for my small business, nothing more, nothing less.

I missed the deadline to renew a…
I missed the deadline to renew a domainname by accident. The consequence was very frustrating: I had been requested to pay additional redemption fee which was huge (3 times higher than the renewal one). My business is related to Travel and Tourism, and I had no idea how to pay it during COVID-19, when the business is collapsed. So, being in such a delicate situation, I sent an email to 101domain Support Center requesting some help. And this my single request was good enough to them to respond with the great offer about to reduce the redemption fee for 60%. I appreciate that. So, do not despair in any case and keep in touch with 101domain - they are helpful.
