Service was excellent.
Service was excellent. Immediate response to my email regarding my order that has not arrived. My enquiry was investigated and 2 options were provided which gave me the right to decide what happens. That isn’t something consumers normally get so WELL DONE. Can’t wait for my product to arrive Thanks again

Nice product
Nice product - not heavy and greasy. Absorbs well. Feels luxurious. Skin feels smooth. Haven't been using it for very long so hoping to see some transformation. The only downside is that it too a few weeks to receive but I believe the demand is high - which is a good thing :)

Missing order…
I can’t comment on the neck crème as my order has still not been delivered. Ordered weeks ago. Despite two emails to customer service I still have no neck crème and they haven’t even replied ( apart from automatic acknowledgement of my email). Pretty poor customer experience.
