Been using the cream for 4 weeks now. Cannot see any improvement at all, however I will continue to use it and possibly even buy once more in the hope it is just taking longer to work on my neck. The cream itself feels lovely to use and a very delicate smell to it. Delivery took longer than expected, but customer services were very helpful and responded straight away. So, bit disappointed right now, but will keep using it for a while longer

Purchased 4 jars on the offer showing on fb unfortunately I have developed an itchy under the skin rash on my neck and chest where it was applied. Not happy at all. I have had to take an antihistamine tablet and keep it bare and clean no products at all. Never experienced this before. I emailed you at the email address stated 8th June but to date I have had no reply. I requested to return the products due to the allergic reaction! Just received a reply from Zyren copied below. Dreadful customer service- to be transparent this is the customer feedback I advise Sophie from customer service would be getting after being advised basically tough luck sort it out with Aramex the worlds worse delivery company, the system picked up my old address and sent it there. The address showing on my end was my new address. Even though the correct address was proven on my end.

Lovely cream which soaks into neck quickly & my neck groves are definitely improving

I have been using for a couple of weeks days and night , I am starting to notice a difference. my neck had started to show signs of aging, the key is consistency, I will be purchasing another tub for sure
