Used this cream for about 2 weeks and gradually started to feel a burning sensation on my neck that became so painful I had to stop using it. Sent 2 emails to arrange a refund under the "try for 60 days and if you don't like it then you get a full refund". As yet I've had no reply after 3 days, even though I had an acknowledgement to say an agent would respond within hours. I get the cream doesn't work for everyone but avoid if you want any form of customer service. Update. Customer services contacted me and have arranged a full refund. The 5 star is for customer services, wouldn't be fair to rate the cream as I couldn't use it

Delivery arrives promptly. It’s a very good product that is making a real difference. Have given some away as gifts and my friends love it.

Delivery time, packaging etc was fine. Have been using the neck cream foam for a few weeks now, it is a lovely consistency and applies easily and absorbs well. I haven't noticed a massive change in the skin on my neck and decolletage but it definitely has a more even tone and is slightly less crepey.
