For me, it was a pleasant skin softening cream, but unfortunately even after 3 1/2 months I have not seen any improvement in the areas promised. I took photographs so I could compare. I did ask for my money back, but that was not forthcoming so remember if you aren't happy you must ask for a refund within 60 days

I’m really not sure about this cream or company. No transparency. First pots of cream (bought 2 with a special offer) had a very thin consistency but I was certain I’d bought from the official website. I’ve seen all the extensive adverts on instagram and came to read about fake products having a thin consistency. I emailed customer support about this and was given reassurance. I also questioned the fact that there are two websites - zyren official and zyren beauty. I’ve just bought again from zyren official and the cream is much thicker, completely different to my first supply. I was also disappointed to find out the product is manufactured and shipped from China. None of that is stated in adverts or website leading customers to believe the product is UK or USA based. Did I see any results? Not really no. I don’t feel I will order again.

Eleven days after ordering a product that was for instant dispatch - and checking the company was UK based - I am still waiting for a batch of creams (yes, I ended up spending nearly three figures on several items - instant offers feeding into a hunger for instant delivery and use) to arrive from... China. If I had known they were coming from China, I would not have ordered - indeed I checked and Googled to be sure that Zyren was a legit company in the UK (and US). This isn't to say they aren't, but to say their products are made in and shipped from, China, so there's no fast turn around:(. My neck remains a crepey graveyard... Addendum 17th October: Thank you for your response. Sod's Law, one complains about delivery and the next morning the products arrive. Unfortunately, possibly because of 12 days in transit, the first box I opened contained a smashed bottle of Zyren neck cream. I have informed the company and requested a refund. The other packages were fine, but again, if coming from the UK the delay and the breakage would probably not have happened:(

Where is this company based?. After receiving an email straight away saying prepare for shipment I've heard nothing since. I was actually expecting them within a couple of days so it's obviously not uk. I hope it's not China. Reading reviews of people suffering itchy rashes isn't great as not one person should be suffering with that let alone several. If it hasn't been dispatched then I'd like a full refund to be honest. I don't pay 50 quids to wait weeks and get a lovely itchy red rash for the money.

I used this cream twice a day for 71 days. It rubs in nicely and a small jar goes a long way. The ad and the jar both state that it tightens and firms the neck. Unfortunately this is not true at all. After 71 days there is no difference to my neck. It hasnt tightened or firmed in any way. Very disappointed with the company for falsely advertising this product. They state a money back guarantee, so will see if this is the case. 31/7/26 update I was contacted by Zyren off the back of my review. They were sorry that the product didn't work for me and have given me a full refund. I couldn't fault their customer service department.
