I first ordered the 2 + 1 free i think? I’ve order 9 I think? My first 6 orders were more of a lotion type cream, not very moisturising. Then the last order I received, the cream was a lot thicker, felt more moisturising on my skin, definitely felt better. I cant help but feel a bit ripped off now. Ive only just started seeing results after 3 months of using the neck firming cream. Did you change its consistency?

It did take a while to get to this stage and the continually asked for refund was finally processed. However, trying to sell such shoddy products is the route of the whole problem. The very false testing comparisons just make the whole process feel like a complete rip off. Please just bring honest products to the market and we will buy them without complaints - simple!

Perhaps I was expecting a miracle… I see a slight difference but was expecting a good bit more. I’m on my 2nd jar applying morning & night I will keep going with it & hopefully see more improvements

Unfortunately the cream gave me an instant sore itchy rash so I had to return. There was some initial difficulty in contacting the Customer Service team but when I did manage to speak to someone the refund was arranged very quickly with very friendly service.

While it’s making my skin nice and soft and moisturised, I can’t say I have seen any real difference to my turkey neck.

Hi Gail, thank you for being straight with us — soft and moisturised is not what you paid for, the firming is. Four weeks is genuinely early for the neck, but "no real difference" is worth acting on rather than waiting out. If you email us your order number we will make this right, whether that is more time on us or your money back. Either way you should not be out of pocket for a result you did not get.

Most of the change on the neck shows between weeks six and ten, so you may be right at the point where it starts. If you are not seeing a clear difference by the end of your second jar, please email us your order number rather than quietly giving up on it. We would rather sort it out than have you feel you wasted the money.

Hi Judith, that afternoon drop-off is worth answering properly. The immediate tightening you feel in the morning is the surface effect; the lasting firmness builds much more slowly, over roughly eight to twelve weeks of twice-daily use. So an effect that fades by afternoon in the early weeks is expected — it is the slow change underneath that decides whether it works for you. If you are still only getting the morning effect by the end of your second jar, email us and we will sort it out.
