I am very suspicious of this company. I ordered on two separate occasions from the official website. It cost me around £30 each time. The reason I ordered a second time was because I thought I had ordered a fake one the first time. The order took about a month to arrive and the tub wasn’t the same as what I had ordered. In my order photo, it had zyren on it, my tub didn’t have zyren anywhere. Contacting customer services on a couple of occasions did not solve the problem. I’d never order again. Be very wary. I checked my order over and over again and it is from the official company. The customer services replied to an email saying they had an order from me back in March. That’s the order I am referring to.

How fast they got back to me!!

I made an order mid September. The product never left China. The product was returned and the merchant received it on Sept. 30th. I have written the support email supplied 8 time with no response. I have called the support phone number 18 times. Each time I have been lied to. I have been told that a supervisor will contact me, I have been told 20 mins and i have been told 24 hrs. each time they say my refund is processing. My bank states no attempt has been made to refund. This company is bullshit and lies to the customer. DO NOT USE OR TRUST it!

Very prompt replies to questions, first time using this company but so far so good, see if the product is as good

Order placed twice by accident due to computer glitch on my part. Refunded as soon as I queried it. Very efficient.

Eleven days after ordering a product that was for instant dispatch - and checking the company was UK based - I am still waiting for a batch of creams (yes, I ended up spending nearly three figures on several items - instant offers feeding into a hunger for instant delivery and use) to arrive from... China. If I had known they were coming from China, I would not have ordered - indeed I checked and Googled to be sure that Zyren was a legit company in the UK (and US). This isn't to say they aren't, but to say their products are made in and shipped from, China, so there's no fast turn around:(. My neck remains a crepey graveyard... Addendum 17th October: Thank you for your response. Sod's Law, one complains about delivery and the next morning the products arrive. Unfortunately, possibly because of 12 days in transit, the first box I opened contained a smashed bottle of Zyren neck cream. I have informed the company and requested a refund. The other packages were fine, but again, if coming from the UK the delay and the breakage would probably not have happened:(

Brilliant company, brilliant product. If you’re on the fence about this product and thinking you’re about to waste your hard earned cash on more empty promises, don’t be. The product honestly works. Obviously it’s not going to fix all your saggy neck issues, but it genuinely improves the look of your skin immensely and I’m really happy with the improvement it’s made. I’m not nearly as self-conscious of my turkey neck now - three pots in and I won’t stop using it!!
