Updates on the journey of my purchase was very good. The problem I had was with the actual delivery. The courier emailed and stated my parcel had been delivered but i couldn't find it. There was no photographic evidence, I was in the day it was delivered on the 21st I also have a porch. After looking around a second time I found it stuffed in some plants by the porch so it had been there 2 days. I chatted with customer service who were quick to answer and were very helpful, so my score doesn't reflect on them at all. Just the delivery otherwise it would have been a 5star

Hi June, thank you again for your kind words about our team, and we're so glad you found your parcel. If you feel that the delivery issue has been put right, and you'd like to update your rating, we'd be grateful, but there is absolutely no obligation. We'll keep passing your feedback on to our carrier team. 💜

Feels good on the skin and I daresay it’s nourishing, however, I’ve not noticed any real improvements to the eye area.

Results can take time to build, and individual results vary, so we'd encourage using it consistently as directed. Ordered the product and still waiting for it two weeks later. The company cannot tell me why it’s shipping from china! Or give me an accurate delivery date even with tracking. They first told me it would ship from USA but tracking showed china. They said that was due to logistics centres around the world. I’ve asked them several times as to who manufactures their products, as it seemed it was the UK or USA but they’ve told me they do not know who makes their products! How can this brand be trusted…
Response from ZyrenOct 23, 2026
Hi there, we are sorry for the wait, and for the answers you've had about where your order ships from and who makes our products, which clearly haven't been enough. Your questions are fair, and we'd like to look into them properly. Please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] with your order number, and we will look at it personally.

EDIT. THEIR REPLY TO ME HERE IS LIES. THEY HAVE SPENT A MONTH IGNORING MY EMAILS.Two weeks after ordering I had to message asking where my order was. No reply so I opened a case with PayPal, several hours after opening the case I got a message from zyren asking me to close the case as it preventer then from help me with my query, also received a random tracking code created that day. They tried to use this tracking code to say to PayPal that they had shipped my order (they hadn’t) now nearly a month after them trying to get me to close the case I have received a refund from PayPal, AVOID

Hi Susan, you are right to be unhappy, and we are truly sorry. You waited two weeks, had to chase us, and did not get the answers you needed, and our earlier reply did not take that seriously enough. We should have replied to you much sooner. We also understand why asking you to close your PayPal case felt wrong when your order hadn't moved: we asked because an open dispute locks an order on our side, but that is no comfort when you are still waiting. The tracking number you were given never showed any movement, and we are sorry for that too. We are glad PayPal returned your money, and we are taking your feedback on board. If you'd like to talk it through, please email [email protected] or [email protected]. We hope to see you again whenever you decide. 💜

I dont know what secret ingredients they use that arw not on the ingredients listimg but this is a pot of magic. Seriously i have tried every neck cream and nothing has helped with the creepiness, nothing! Until now! It seems to sunk in and take years off me. This is a genuine review on a product i was very sceptical of but it really does work. If i could post a before and after pic i would and there would be no need for any AI intervention. Dont be put off by the basic packaging and name just give it a try, what have you got to lose apart from years off your neck. Simply magic in a pot!

Hi there, thank you so much for this wonderful review, and for giving the cream a go even though you were sceptical! 💜 We're delighted that it has made such a difference to your neck after trying so many others, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share it with others.
