ZwiftReviews of zwift.com

I use Zwift here in Spain for the last 3 years and everything is mostly perfect!!!

Great service, after ordering the wrong cassette for the Zwift Hub, I send an e-mail and within 1 working day I got the reply that Zwift will send me the right one without any costs. Initial delivery of the hub went smoothly as well.

I can't believe you guys are giving such bad reviews, my experience has been amazing. If I ever want to cancel membership for a bit, it cancels on time, when I want it again it starts back up. The experience itself is absolutely quality and combined with my Wahoo equipment it makes riding inside enjoyable, not just tolerable. My only advice would be to tidy up the UI on the apple tv systems, it's hard to navigate the menus and change stuff. Other than that, I remain really happy. Also - allow members to design/add their own jerseys, that would be cool. Even if you charged £4.99 or something to design our own jerseys, that would be really, really cool...

I love Zwift. Makes turbo training so much more exiting. Regular updates keep it interesting. Easy to cancel if you know how.

I love it! Highly motivational kit and when coupled together with a proper smart trainer, it is awesome. It's so good, I haven't even bothered riding out in the real world yet this year. Ride On!

Loved it so far. Staff have been great on rides and email communication has been quick / professional.

I ordered a Wahoo Kickr Core on 20th of January in the early afternoon and the next day it was already delivered! Excellent service in my experience...
