Ich habe den Zwift Ride Smart Frame gekauft und auf einem Kickr Core montiert und bin BEGEISTERT! Die Lieferung über FedEx lief absolut reibungslos und es kam sogar früher als angekündigt. Dank Videoanleitungen ist auch alles super schnell montiert. Ich bin vorher mit meinem Spinning Rad mit Bluetooth schon auf Zwift gefahren aber mit dem richtigen Zwift Bike und einem richtigen Rollentrainer ist das Gefühl nochmal um 100000% besser. In den virtuellen Welten von Zwift mit tausenden Menschen aus der ganzen Welt zu fahren und zu schwitzen macht unglaublich viel Spaß und hat einen totalen Suchtfaktor. Der Kundenservice von Zwift ist super hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell und zielgerichtet. Ich kann es jedem nur ans Herz legen, mit dem Zwiften anzufangen und das coole Zwift Ride Setup zu bestellen. Für den Preis gibt es nicht Vergleichbares und für mich war es jeden Cent wert bisher!

I did hesitate. Let me tell you why (i) Zwift has many terrible customer reviews on Trustpilot, and (ii) Zwift being a brilliant software company surely can not make brilliant hardware. Anyway, I was in the market for buying a new exercise bike and wanted a realistic training experience. After some research, I found the Zwift Ride review on the Cycling Weekly website. It was an extensive and well balanced assessment undertaken by an expert over a six month period. This sold me on the Zwift Ride solution which I ordered directly from Zwift the next day. They have a small warehouse facility in Manchester and stock is held in UK. To my surprise everything turned up 24 hours later. Yes, it comes in three boxes, but I think that is best, since two boxes are quite heavy and awkward to lift. Anyway, 30 minutes later everything was built, up and running. The quality of the Zwift Ride hardware is absolutely fantastic and surpassed all my expectations. Well done Zwift! Very impressed.

as some others have already said, you will NOT get a reply from zwift regarding anything. I too have ordered and am waiting for a 550 euro trainer and my emails are being ignored, as well as forum posts. Just get a trainer somewhere else y'all. EDIT: Obviously reaching out to them has been a pain but now one of their associates seems to be looking into the issue with the warehouse so I've changed my score from 1/5 to 2/5. EDIT2: While reaching them at first was difficult, once i got a hold of someone they more than met my expectations. Obviously "be patient" is the last thing i wanted to hear but it pays off = seem to be people at zwift actually care alot. 2/5 to 5/5

Der monatliche Preis ist wie es ist, aber es geht schon, da ich Zwift nur in den Wintermonaten nutze. Was wirklich hervorsticht, ist der Kundensupport. Ich habe vor zwei Jahren einen Zwift Hub gekauft, der anfing, Reibegeräusche zu machen. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und nach ein paar Fragen zur Fehlerbehebung, haben sie beschlossen, es mit einem komplett neuen Trainer zu ersetzen. Und das, obwohl die Garantie für meinen alten Trainer im Grunde schon abgelaufen war. Ich hatte während dieses Prozesses mit 3 oder 4 verschiedenen Personen zu tun, und sie waren sehr freundlich und auch überraschend persönlich, was ich fast nie erlebe, wenn ich mit irgendeiner Art von Kundenbetreuung zu tun habe. Meiner Meinung nach ist Zwift noch immer die beste Plattform für Indoor-Cycling und ich bin froh, ein treuer Kunde zu bleiben.

J'ai acheté le zwift ride et j'ai tout reçu en 3 jours. Un petit souci sur le pignon (le Cog en langage Zwift), 3 jours et 2 mails au service client plus tard et on m'en renvoie un Cog tout neuf ! Malheureusement le carton ne m'est jamais arrivé (je pense à un vol dans ma boîte aux lettres...). J'écris à nouveau au service client et 3 jours plus tard, je reçois un mail très sympathique pour m'annoncer que zwift me renvoi un nouveau Cog ! Je trouve le service client au top !!! Alors oui, il faut patienter quelques jours pour recevoir une réponse par mail mais ils sont très professionnels. Je recommande vraiment et le Zwift ride est génial !

placed an order for an wahoo kickr with zwift cog. got it delivered in 2 days (for The Netherlands). and customer service was nice and helpfull responded within a day. overall a nice experience.
